Multi factor authentication (MFA or 2FA)
We require all users of our Portal who log in with an email and password to enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), also known as 2FA. This added layer of security helps protect sensitive data and prevents unauthorized access to the system.
Please note: MFA is not required for the Learn App.
After logging in with your email and password, you will be guided through the setup process for MFA using an authentication app, such as Google Authenticator or Authy.
If you encounter any issues accessing your account, please reach out to your Lepaya contact person for assistance.
